Electron Microscopy Sciences SUPER-NUOVA™ Digital Stirring Hot Plate Ceramic Top, 120 V, 10.5" x 10.5" heating surface, 50 to 1200 RPM
These hot plates are ideal for cold rooms and can be used at 0-27°C with 80% relative humidity, in a non-condensing environment. Stir Trac technology offers improved slow speed stirring, consistent speed control and stronger magnetic coupling from 50 rpm to 1200 rpm. The integral ring stand holder accepts 1.3cm diameter support rod. A single knob design controls heating/stirring and goes up slowly when rotated slowly and faster when rotated faster. Adjustable 1 °C and 1 rpm increments. The RS232 port enables output of time count, temp set points, top surface/remote probe temp, stirring set point and actual speed to a printer or computer. Supplied with 6" type K probe, detachable cord, retention bracket that prevents cord from accidental removal, and a TFE-coated stir bar. Alkali Scientific™ 3 Position Digital Hotplate-Stirrer With Ceramic Surface And 120C Top Temperature, 115V
The Alkali Multi-Position Stirring Hotplates provide simultaneous heating and stirring of multiple samples. The large top-plates feature a durable, chemically resistant, white, ceramic coating that provides exceptionally uniform temperature control up to 120°C. Both mixing speed and temperature are conveniently controlled on the digital display, which also features a safety LED that warns the user when the top plate is hot and unsafe to touch. Three models are available, offering either 3, 5 or 10 position capacity. Each stirring position is driven by an independent motor, providing efficient mixing of sample sizes up to 1000ml. With increased spacing (100mm) between stirring positions, the top surface is designed to accept a wide range of vessel types, including beakers, Erlenmeyer flasks and media storage bottles.

Electron Microscopy Sciences EMS Digital Hotplate / Magnetic Stirrer, 115 V
EMS hotplates, stirrers and hotplate-stirrers feature an exceptionally durable, chemical resistant, white ceramic work surface. Their space-efficient design (7 x 10.5" footprint), makes them ideal for use on crowded benchtops and inside bio-hoods.
Advanced microprocessor controls allow quick, precise adjustment of speed and temperature. The large, backlit LCD display provides constant visualization of the speed and temperature while a safety LED indicates when the top plate is above 50 degree C. In addition, an optional probe is available for applications that require precise temperature contol. When connected, the probe provides direct feedback to the microprocessor, which continuously adjusts and maintains the selected temperature in the sample within ± 0.5 degree C.
